Error: "Session Timeout - Your session has timed out. Please Click Re-login to log in again" when opening IE
1. In Microsoft Internet Explorer press ALT + T.
2. Select "Internet Options" in the Tools menu.
3. Select the "Security" tab.
4. Select Trusted Sites > Sites.
5. Make sure that "Require server verification (https:) for all sites in this zone is unchecked.
5. In the "Add this website to the zone:" field enter *.prosystemfx.com.
6. Click Add.
7. In the "Add this website to the zone:" field enter *.cchgroup.com.
8. Click Add>Close>OK.
9. Close Microsoft Internet Explorer and try to open Electronic Filing Status.

11. Close Microsoft Internet Explorer.
12. Ensure all sessions of Microsoft Internet Explorer are closed (ie. that you do not have other pages open on other tabs).
13. Try to open Electronic Filing Status.
