Live messenger not working for multi users in winXP

Tried http://apatch.ikhost.com/downloads.php
not working but crash the the messenger.
The only workaround now is to use messenger online or install Y! messenger (Yahoo and MSN shared user list now? I haven't tried it yet though!)
